Refund policy

Due to the personalized nature of embroidered items, all sales of customized products from Team Sports Embroidery are final. If you receive something and for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at teamsportsembroiderync@gmail.com so we can help you!

Returns for non-personalized items may be accepted if the following conditions exist: 
1. You request the return within 14 days of the purchase date. 
2. The item is in "new" condition - not damaged. 
3. You must send your package back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Return shipping fees are non-refundable. We are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged in the mail and we cannot issue any refunds for them.

We do not accept returns for seasonal or clearance items.
